July Farewell

Today I said farewell to July by hanging out with my best friend for the first time in a month. We celebrated our last few weeks together before we both head to college by eating Chick-fil-A, roaming Bed Bath & Beyond, grabbing sno cones, and watching one of her new obsessions: Star Trek. I would be lying if I said I'm not looking forward to when we finally get around to watch Star Trek Into Darkness.

Artist. (Part II)

The big reveal from the work of the little artist has been revealed! She has a drawer for office supplies, art supplies, school stuff (when that comes around next month), and miscellaneous, which is a picture of a sun. When I asked her about why there was a sun on one of the drawers she explained to me that it's because she didn't know how to spell miscellaneous. How cute. :P

Artist. (Part I)

This afternoon I went into my little sister's room only to find her being creative. Three years ago I had plans to paint my desk, but I ended up just adding chalkboard to the drawers. I hardly ever used them, but now that little sister has the desk, she's actually putting them to use! I can't wait to see what she is making...

Take Two.

Well, I have come to the decision to start blogging again. (Previous blog here.) I took a little hiatus, during which I graduated high school & got a fancy new camera. I'll let you guess which was more exciting to me.

Reasons I'm Starting A New Blog Instead Of Continuing With The Old One:
1. New camera = better quality pictures = wider columns. Sure I could have expanded the columns on the old blog, but then the pictures wouldn't fill the columns & I have a little bit of OCD.
2. I wanted a new URL. I wanted it to match my social media accounts. Mismatching handles is too confusing for people.
3. Um, because I can? YOLO?

So there you have it. I'm blogging again. Fun stuff!
